I have just been to see Star Wars, much as I expected it was. Still depite the dialogue, plenty of space battles and light sabre fights so not bad.
Yesterday my brother was attending a wedding, whilst wearing a kilt. I have put the up in the pictures section of my site.

Jings it is hot here. according to uk.weather.com it is 28°C and only 10°C in Edinburgh, I am pretty sure I would prefer the sun from here, with the temperature in Edinburgh. Some might call me a fussy bugger, although I probably don't care too much about that.

Its the weekend and a good thing it is too, it is nice today after being particularly manky yesterday. The best thing about today is that we have some chocolate brownies in the oven, we are saving the guides for our tea.

I still haven't finished the search engine for my image database, sorry to anybody who is at all interested (which might not be a huge number, I admit). I will probably get on with it when Nicola is away in a couple of weeks.

I have not written anything for a while, that is probably due to the rather uninteresting life that I have been leading of late. Although this week Nic and I went to see the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy film, it was indeed quite amusing, the soundtrack is also good. I am back in Cambridge now, after a few days up in Edinburgh. I managed to make a triumphant return to the drouthy neebors quiz, whilst enjoying some beverages in the company of friends.
