29 November 2004 Well, that was day one at work. It went fine, which was good, the only problem being that the coffee from the machine is, ummm, bogging. Certainly I think that I will be able to cope with a few weeks of it. Add Comment
24 November 2004 Well, it seems that I might just have secured my first job in Cambridge. It is not terribly exciting but it is employ, although unfortunately it means that I will not be at home for either my Birthday, Christmas or even Hogmanay. Having said that I will attempt to get up there at some point in the new year, following the conclusion of my 5 week contract. Add Comment
16 November 2004 I have been informed, that Alison did not infact say "Mooooo!" It was all just a rumour created for my amusement. Add Comment
10 November 2004 I know that you will all be really excited to learn that Firefox 1.0 has now been released. I would encourage you to use it, it is only a 4.7 MB download, so it won't even take forever for those of you with a 56k connection. Add Comment
05 November 2004 There are fireworks here tonight, it being Guy Fawkes night and all, I suppose it is not all that surprising but I am not all that sure about celebrating an execution. Anyway maybe they will be good. My parents are coming down from Edinburgh tomorrow, with more of my stuff. Which is good. Still not got a job here though, which isn't. Add Comment
02 November 2004 Sorry, I have not written anything for a while, it seems I have been busy with other things. I have quite a few updates planned in my head, I am just waiting for the opportunity to implement them. Everything is ok down here. I will no doubt return with more news in the future, when I don't have to be on dial up anymore, which will hopefully be soon. Add Comment
02 November 2004 Yeah!!! I have now got a wideband internet connection. 100Mbps is a lot better to the ITU-T v.90 standard 56Kbps. Certainly it was soon after my last post. Anyway, I think that I will now be putting on a more regular news service, although I still don't have enough time to get major site updates underway, still I will work on them 15 minutes a day and then it will be complete very soon.
