30 July 2004 There hasn't been a quiz on at Drouthy's for the last couple of weeks, which isn't good. Still we have to keep going to the pub just in case.
Not much of excitment happening here, nothing in particular that I wish to rant about, not long until I go away on holiday, which is exciting, I haven't been on a Boeing 747 since I was very small. However then I would have had plenty of leg room, I am looking forward to a seat pitch of 31 inches (my knees may have to be kept somewhere about my lugs for the duration of the flight. 18 July 2004 Last night, I was at the Whyte's barbeque, which was good as always, this time I can remember walking home, which is probably always an advantage. Anyway there was plenty of beer and charred food which was to my liking.
It seems that now my sister has turned up home, after spending a year in Kingston upon Hull, working for Reckitt Benckiser. It is of course truly marvellous to have her home again, as I am sure you can imagine. I don't know exactly what it was that she was up to, but I am sure that it was all very clever. So she says anyway, I am sure that I as a mere mortal wouldn't understand. Add Comment |
12 July 2004 Hello again, umm, indeed. It seems that I haven't yet written anything this month, and whilst I don't imagine that it is any great tragedy, I thought that perhaps I would. Having said that I am not sure what it is that I am actually saying, having done very little of any interest and having nothing unusual to rant about, umm...
For those that do not know, I will be away to Vancouver, Canada, next month. No doubt I will take several photos, some of which may appear here in the future. My sister says that I am not allowed home unless I see both a moose and a beaver, I am not sure how realistic it is to expect me to see these beasts, but I had better endeavour to do so, otherwise there may be unforeseen repercussions.
